Michele Rittgers

Michele Rittgers brings more than 32 years of experience across luxury hospitality and community management. Over that time, she has led a wide range of initiatives in community development, management, and client relations. Because she built such a strong foundation in hotel management, her move into HOA management four years ago felt natural.

Today, Michele knows Colorado community law inside and out. She tracks new bills and regulations closely, so the communities she serves stay compliant and protect their property values. Customer service also drives her leadership style, and she works hard to deliver real value to homeowners.

In addition, her strength in financial management leads to excellent outcomes for communities of every kind. Over her career, she has managed many community types across Colorado, including new developments, pre-CCIOA associations, single-family homes, condos, patio homes, and metro districts.

Michele’s international background gave her fluency in six languages and a genuine appreciation for cultural diversity. She holds two master’s degrees from Northwestern University: one in Integrated Marketing & Communications and an MBA. A Bachelor’s in International Affairs from George Washington University rounds out her education. Home is Littleton, Colorado, where she enjoys curling, boating, snowshoeing, and long walks with her dog, Clark.
