I have worked with NVCM for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. One team member that stands out is Tracy Kinder, SUPERCAM. Her care for her communities, organization, and communication are outstanding.

I had received a letter of violation. I sent my response back through Fax and got an answer back the same day with very helpful information in regards to my questions and concerns! Christine was very helpful!

My mom is a Spanish speaker and called and was transferred to Mary, who is Spanish speaking. She helped my mom even though she wasn’t part of the department we needed. She provided her with details on how to resolve her issue. Very grateful that there is a Spanish speaker to help, since I was not able to help at the time, since I live out of state. Very few companies provide bilingual reps. Mary was awesome and was patient with my mother while she was trying to explain something that my mom didn’t quite understand when she received a letter from the management company. My mother is very appreciative of her customer service.

This management company has met all of our community’s needs with professional, knowledgeable and caring staff.
