Debi Pike

Debi Pike has served as President and Supervising Community Association Manager at NVCM since 2012. Before joining NVCM, she owned and operated her own HOA management company from 2005 to 2011. That experience gave her a well-rounded perspective on leadership, operations, and community management.

With years in the HOA industry, Debi is dedicated to providing exceptional service. She also works to build strong relationships with Boards, homeowners, and her team. In her view, professionalism, integrity, and a personal approach form the foundation of successful community management.

Interestingly, Debi’s path to HOA management started in the classroom. In 2004, before entering community management, she earned recognition as Teacher of the Year — an honor reflecting her lifelong passion for leadership, education, and helping others succeed.

Outside the office, Debi enjoys yoga, bowling, riding bikes, and spending quality time with her family. In both her professional and personal life, she brings that same positive energy and approachable leadership style.
