My mom is a Spanish speaker and called and was transferred to Mary, who is Spanish speaking. She helped my mom even though she wasn’t part of the department we needed. She provided her with details on how to resolve her issue. Very grateful that there is a Spanish speaker to help, since I was not able to help at the time, since I live out of state. Very few companies provide bilingual reps. Mary was awesome and was patient with my mother while she was trying to explain something that my mom didn’t quite understand when she received a letter from the management company. My mother is very appreciative of her customer service.
