Eric Theros

VP, Nevada Division

Leadership in Community Management
Eric Theros brings more than 18 years of experience in community association management. During his career, he has managed single-family neighborhoods, multi-family communities, and high-rise developments. This diverse experience gives him a strong understanding of HOA operations and community leadership.

Eric began his career as a receptionist. Through hard work and dedication, he advanced into leadership. Today, he serves as Vice President of the Nevada Division, where he oversees operations and supports community managers across the region.

Industry Leadership and Advocacy
Eric is an active leader in the community management industry. He has been involved with both the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Nevada Association of Community Managers (NACM). He previously served on the NACM Board and now serves as Chair of the NACM Legislative Committee.

In this role, Eric works with legislators to support fair and balanced policies. His goal is to protect homeowners, HOA boards, and community management professionals while promoting strong communities throughout Nevada.

Supporting Community Managers
Eric is passionate about developing successful teams. He mentors Community Managers and provides guidance on daily operations, compliance, and professional growth. He also helps managers solve challenges through collaboration, communication, and practical leadership.

His experience with industry regulations allows him to offer thoughtful solutions. Every decision is guided by professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellent service.
