Our History

Who We Are

For more than 30 years, we’ve managed HOAs and master-planned communities for Boards, developers, and homeowners. We handle the budgets, compliance, vendors, and day-to-day requests — the demanding, detail-heavy work that keeps a community running smoothly. Your Board sets the direction. We carry the load. We provide solutions at every turn.

NVCM is a privately held company headquartered in Las Vegas, built on relationships with our Boards, Homeowners, and business partners. Our managers are hospitality-trained and CAI-credentialed — earning or holding designations like AMS, PCAM, and RS — and they stay. No revolving doors here. Behind them stands real bench strength: in-house legal, in-house CPA, and a dedicated inspections team, plus multi-lingual staff ready to serve every Homeowner. (Affiliations: BBB and CAI.)
